Hands On Therapies

With many different modalities that Heidi has learned over the last 40+ year she finds great joy in tailoring each session to your unique needs.   Here are just a few of them.

Carniosacral

CST is thought to relieve compression in the head, neck, and back. This can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension. It's also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Reflexology &
